Eligibility Criteria for Admission to Alagappa University Distance Education Programs
The eligibility criteria for admission to UG, PG, Diploma, and Certificate programs are based on the academic qualification required by Alagappa University Directorate of Distance Education.
Undergraduate Programs (UG):
- B.A., B.Com., B.Sc. - Pass in 10th and 12th or 3 years Diploma from any Government recognized board.
- B.Sc. specializations such as Microbiology, Zoology, etc. - Preferably with a Science background in 12th.
Postgraduate Programs (PG):
- M.A., M.Com., M.Sc. - Bachelor degree from a UGC-recognized university.
- M.Sc. Microbiology, Zoology, etc. - B.Sc. in the relevant subject.
- MCA - BCA / B.Sc. IT or CS / B.Tech. or any UG degree with Mathematics at 12th level.
- MLIS - BLIS or equivalent degree.
- MBA - Any UG degree.
Diploma / Certificate Courses:
- Eligibility may vary from 10th, 12th, or degree qualification depending on the specific course.
