To apply for admission, kindly submit the following documents for verification:

UG Degree Course Applicants
- 10th Mark Sheet
- 12th Mark Sheet
- Transfer Certificate
- Aadhaar Card
- Passport Size Photos
Professional & PG Degree Course Applicants
- 10th Mark Sheet
- 12th Mark Sheet
- UG Degree Certificate / Provisional Certificate
- Consolidated Mark Statement
- Transfer Certificate
- Aadhaar Card
- Passport Size Photos
Documents Checklist
- Two sets of Xerox copies of all above documents.
- Originals required for verification and returned immediately after verification.
Admission Confirmation
Admission is confirmed by The Director, DDE, Alagappa University. Student ID is generated and study materials are issued after receipt from the University.
Fee Deadline
Prescribed course fee must be paid along with required eligibility documents before the last date of admission. Admissions will not be granted after the deadline.

For guidance, assistance, or last date of admission, contact the Admission Officer, Alagappa University Learning Centre - Chennai (Ekkatuthangal).
Admissions are confirmed by the Alagappa University Directorate of Distance Education (DDE) through the authorised learning centre in Chennai - Ekkatuthangal.
Distance education examinations are conducted in Chennai and all over Tamil Nadu by the Controller of Examinations, Alagappa University, as per UGC guidelines.
NOTE:
- Immediate Cancellation: If any false or misleading information is identified during the verification process, the admission will be cancelled without prior notice.
- No Refund Policy: Fees paid to the University will not be refunded under any circumstances if the admission is cancelled due to the submission of false documents or misinformation.
